Freelancers, contractors, and agencies in supported regions. Many teams use Keeal when clients pay in one currency and they need clear balances and payouts in another. Eligibility, verification, and enabled products depend on your country and use case—the onboarding flow shows what applies to you.
How fast will I actually get paid?
After a successful card checkout, funds usually move to your Keeal balance on a short settlement window that depends on the network and risk checks—not instant spendable cash in every case. Payouts to your bank or a supported wallet depend on the rail, destination country, and compliance review. Your dashboard shows status and any estimated arrival before you confirm a payout.
What fees should I expect?
There is no monthly platform subscription for core use—you pay processing costs when money moves (typically a percentage plus a fixed component on card payments, depending on method and region). Currency conversion is quoted at mid-market reference rates with a small disclosed spread. See the pricing page for how fees work today; your dashboard also surfaces fees before you charge a client.
Is Keeal a bank?
Keeal is not a bank. It is a payments and payouts platform that partners with licensed banks, EMIs, and local payment institutions. Customer funds are handled according to partner and regulatory requirements, including safeguards such as segregation where applicable.
Can I integrate Keeal into my own product?
You can automate payment links and hosted checkout sessions from your servers using Keeal APIs, then send buyers to our secure payment pages so raw card data does not touch your stack. What you can build depends on your plan and agreement; the help center documents supported API patterns and limits.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
Coverage depends on buyer location, your verification profile, and partner rails in each market. You will see which currencies and payout methods are available as you configure links, invoices, and payout destinations. Documentation is updated as we add regions—use it together with what the product shows for your account.
